Artist's Description

The cat is such a regal animal. When I paint cats or other animals, and if the eyes are a real integral part of the painting, I always paint the eyes first. I feel that If I can set the eyes righand I also try to paint them very realistically, then the rest of the animal will fall into place.

A Colorado native and long-time Fort Collins resident, Bob's painting style reflects his Western Heritage yet is uniquely his own. He strives for an image that is unusual and that brings pleasure in the doing as well as in the viewing.
